ANLC Certificate In Neuro Linguistic Coaching

This is a workshop for existing coaches to integrate the principles of NLP with their coaching practice and to gain Academy Membership through the diploma.

The workshop comprises pre-reading, post workshop development plan and 20 hours of face to face interactive development. Workshop places will be limited to a maximum of 25. 

Workshop Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to integrate a number of NLP principles with their existing Coaching Practice. Key topics will include:

  • Identifying and using the modality preference of the coachee and where this can be applied within the GROW Model
  • Recognising and using the client's internal programmes
  • How to recognise psychological blockage in your coachee and correct it. 
  • Flexing your coaching style to give your 'best' to your client
  • Enhancements and modifications to the 'Wheel of Life' Tool
  • The PACE Model
  • The use of 'TimeLInes' to generate movement
  • The Meta Model for exquisite communication
  • Using different positions in coaching
  • Creativity Tools for finding ways forward
  • Using the power of sub-modalities in the change process and to 'live the dream'
All participants will be given an opportunity, on successful completion of the workshop, to join the ANLC Voluntary Register, without further cost.

This programme is currently offered with an early bird discount for an investment of only £345 per person for the whole event and includes light refreshments and learning materials. Accommodation and meals for the event are not included. Subsidised accommodation will be offered at the rate of £55 for 2 nights bed and continental breakfast for the workshop based in Buxton. Participants on the Croydon workshop will need to arrange their own accommodation, a range of accommodation options are available nearby.
